Despite the fact that about 1 in 4 women in the U.S. will have an abortion by the age 45, there remains systemic and preventative measures in states across the country to prevent access to safe and private healthcare options. These unfair measures also disproportionately effect the reproductive healthcare for women living in poverty, for women of color, and for trans communities. Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Inc.

Serving as a strong advocate for women in the state of Texas, Planned Parenthood provides comprehensive and preventative healthcare services. Additionally, if you have a sexual or reproductive healthcare problem, you can call 1-800-230-PLAN to schedule an appointment at your nearest Planned Parenthood health center.

National Latina Institute for reproductive health: TX LAN

The National Latina Institute for Reproductive Health (NLIRH) is the only national reproductive justice organization dedicated to advancing the health and justice for the 26 million Latinas and their communities in the United States. The Texas Latina Advocacy Network (TX LAN) operates as an extension of NLIRH, serving as the voice and advocacy presence in Texas.
